FTS Care is proud to open their first residential care establishment - Elmbank -a four bedded unit- based in Denny providing respite and long term support for young people. FTS Care is committed to providing the highest levels of care and support for their young people and in order to achieve this, needs to recruit the highest calibre of care staff to work with and provide a caring and supportive framework for young people living at Elmbank. FTS Care recognises the important contribution of their staff and so rewards this contribution with a strong remuneration package and an excellent and positive working environment. The nature of this work requires a commitment to shift working including sleeping in.

Relief Key Workers (Residential)
Wage: £7.00 per hour
Location: Denny
Description
FTS Care is looking to develop a bank of relief key workers, preferably with experience of working within care to in-fill, when required.
Relief key workers will be required to provide the right levels of care and support for young people and to carry out all duties required by the team leader.
Successful candidates will have to provide an enhanced disclosure Scotland check. Applicants will meet the cost of disclosure checks themselves.

Key Worker (residential)
Wage: £15,000-£19,000 (based on experience; pro-rata)
Hours: full-time: 37 hours; part-time: 28 hours

Duration: Permanent
Description
FTS Care is looking to recruit individuals with an SVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in care and also experience of working in a care setting.
The key worker will be required to provide the right levels of care and support for young people, demonstrate sensitivity and tact, excellent communication skills and act as an effective team member, helping and supporting colleagues at all times.
Successful candidates will have to provide an enhanced disclosure Scotland check. Applicants will meet the cost of disclosure checks themselves.
